Drop-shipping means your supplier (Chinavasion) sends goods directly to your customers, but as far as your customers are concerned, they bought the products from you and they have no contact to Chinavasion.
 

Chinavasion allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers.

There are no additional charges.

Just order online in the same way as usual, but add different delivery addresses in "my account" - http://www.chinavasion.com/address_book.php

(You can also add a new shipping address on-the-fly during the checkout process.)

You can have as many shipping addresses as you like listed on your Chinavasion account.

When you order, it will help them if you put "drop-shipping to customer" in the shipping comments. They always check carefully (for fraud prevention) if the shipping address is different to the billing address, so if you are a new drop-shipping customer they may need to email or phone you to verify before processing the order.

They do not include Chinavasion publicity materials / invoices etc when they send drop ship goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. Your Customer will not know the true source of the goods, and they will not know the price you paid.

The prices shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what your customer paid you. However if your customer asks, you can point out that these are values for customs declaration only. In any case a lower price declared helps reduce ad-valorem duty or sales taxes that your customer may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries. Please check about importing / tax regulations before your start drop-ship selling, and always keep your customers informed.

If your customer has technical support issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it's your account with Chinavasion.

Please note that if there are import taxes to pay, you usually have to pay this when you receive the goods from the courier. So if you're dropshipping, that's your customers who may 'unexpectedly' have to pay 'extra charges'.

Please note it's your responsibility as the Chinavasion buyer / dropship vendor to find out information about taxes and inform your customers. Chinavasion accepts no responsibility whatsoever for providing tax information relevant to your country, although of course they will do whatever they can to help you minimize the tax burden if you have special packing/ declaration instructions.

Yes - Chinavasion only chooses to stock the very best quality products from professional China manufacturers. The quality is guaranteed.

All products that arrive in the Chinavasion warehouse are checked for perfect appearance and correct functionality.

Their packing staff check again to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country.

(Please note in the case of region-specific items such as PAL / NTSC TV/Video Color Regions, digital TV, GSM mobile phones etc you are responsible for ordering the correct units and they will send you exactly what you order.)

All Products are guaranteed for successful delivery.

Due to their stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by Chinavasion is very low. However, sometimes faults develop which couldn't be detected before, and they will help you solve these problems to a level far beyond what you will receive from any other China-based seller

If you have any difficulties whatsoever with the products, or you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, you can contact them and they will discuss the issue in an open, honest way.

• In general, if a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, they will accept a return.
• Customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to the Chinavasion returns address in either Hong Kong or China as instructed by their Customer Support.
• Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
• When they receive your authorized return they will repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.
• If a repair is impossible they will credit you what you originally paid so you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.

Chinavasion doesn't believe companies should ignore their customers or try to hide from problems. They will do their best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully.

Please tell them if you are a drop-shipper and have returns issues with Chinavasion goods you have sold to your customers: They can do RMA directly with your customers or they can do it through you (recommended).

Exceptions to Warranty

• They do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from Chinavasion.
   
• The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
  
  
• The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
  
  
• Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule.
  

• Projector Lamps have a special condition applied due to the fact that lifetime depends on hours of use.
  

• RC Toys are not covered for your breakage and internal rechargeable batteries are covered by the general battery warranty limitation.
